Harriet M. Norris, Principal. Harriet has built a successful career in government relations, community relations, advertising, marketing and sales, and executive management. As head of NYNEX’s (now Verizon) Network Systems Large Business marketing division, Harriet led successful technical bids for large corporate business clients in New York City based on her deep understanding of, and creative approach to competitive strategy, and consistently exceeded multi-hundred million dollar sales goals. She served as Director of Consumer Advocacy for NYNEX during dissolution of the Bell System, and innovated numerous complex stakeholder solutions which were approved by the New York State Public Service Commission. She has managed a variety of communications-based projects for the Culinary Institute of America, Georgia Pacific, Maxx Properties and Talknet Radio and has extensive experience in both marketing and sales in the real estate industry. Harriet has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Communications and a Master of Science in psychology.

Bob Bellhouse, Principal. Bob has more than 30 years of experience managing a wide range of projects and programs in the government, nonprofit and business sector, domestically and abroad. He has successfully served as pursuit/capture/proposal manager on numerous competitive and unsolicited proposals in the public, private and nonprofit sectors and is particularly skilled and experienced in cross-cultural project management settings, having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Frankfurt, London and Mumbai. Bob served for seven years as President and COO of a subsidiary company of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a leading professional services firm. He previously served head of professional services for NortelNetworks’ Cogent division, and as NYNEX’ (now Verizon) Corporate Program Manager during the breakup of the Bell System, and subsequently had P/L responsibility for a $400 million business unit at that company. He is a member of the Program Management Institute (PMI) and has a Bachelors degree in Math; his Masters degree in Human Services is near completion.

Abhi Basu, Senior Associate. Abhi has over 30 years of progressive experience in design, program, project and construction management of commercial, institutional, infrastructure and industrial projects. He is experienced in setting up and operating integrated cost, schedule, earned value, document control and document management systems and integrating project management and control systems into enterprise-wide information management systems. He is an expert in the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling), and a hands-on expert with the Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project Professional, and Pert Master RiskExpert scheduling applications; the Prolog and Expedition document and contract management applications; and the NavisWorks 4D application. Abhi is a Professional Engineer, a registered Project Management Professional and an active member of Project Management Institute and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.

Kathleen Connolly, Senior Associate. Kathleen is a highly experienced social entrepreneur who has spearheaded organizational development, grant proposals and the internal operations of domestic and international nonprofit organizations. She has served as Director of Development and Director of Public Relations of leading nonprofit agencies where she demonstrated repeated successes in raising funds from leading philanthropic foundations. Her professional experience also includes service as Director of Operations, Project Manager, Program Specialist, Manager of Program Support, Consultant and Trainer for nonprofit agencies. Kathleen brings strong communications skills and practical experience in fundraising, institutional development, corporate responsibility policy development, stakeholder advocacy and line operations management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has completed graduate work in international studies.

Jim Hinckley, Senior Associate. Jim Hinckley is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in federal, state and local civil engineering projects, including a wide range of project management and risk management responsibilities. His areas of technical expertise and experience include structural design, transportation planning, water supply and waste water disposal system design, environmental analysis, and land use and planning. Jim is widely published in the field of forensic engineering and has authored numerous white papers in the field of risk and hazard mitigation, including several sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA. Jim has been responsible for winning as well as performing projects while serving in senior and executive positions at both engineering and consulting firms. Jim is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.

Erik Hup, Senior Associate.  Erik Hup has over fourteen years of public sector experience, including digital government, foreign investment development and program management.  He is an experienced management specialist focused on enhancing the accessibility of governments via the Internet. Between 2000 and 2007, Erik convinced many hundreds of government agencies to voluntarily implement Internet infrastructure for the online publication of public sector information and assisted those agencies with improving their web presence.  Erik holds a Masters degree in Business Adminstration and a bachelor's degree in  Technical Business Administration.
